[Bug 195] DBs (AWL, Bayes) ought to be able to be put into an SQL Database

applied patch 1736.  unfortunately "make test" is failing due to Theo's mods to
ArchiveIterator anyway, so testing is proving hard ;)  error is:

Can't use an undefined value as a symbol reference at
../lib/Mail/SpamAssassin/ArchiveIterator.pm line 296.

same as Malte's getting, IIRC.
