[LANG] Drop special surefire configuration?
Hi,
we have some special configuration for the surefire plugin [1]. I don't
really any value in this configuration. It just complicates the build. Can
we drop it?

As I recall, the random order was added because there were some tests
that failed when the order changed.
[IIRC, there were some setUp/tearDown issues]
Adding the random feature meant that there was some chance that such
failures might be detected in future.
Rather than drop this feature, it seems to me it would be better to
add it to the parent pom
