The tree delete control should not be used automatically :
An option should be created in preferences so that we can enable it or disable it, so that :
- it could avoid to use it when trying to delete a leaf
- it causes problems when trying to delete with an non administrator user

Added dialog setting to remember the choice whether the tree delete control was activated or not.
