   ## Summary
   
   Prepare the next OpenServerless CLI development release:
   
   ```text
   0.9.1-2607122150.dev
   ```
   
   This release includes the merged SSO task-routing and safe legacy cleanup changes from #43. The companion `openserverless-task` implementation has already been merged into branch `0.9.1` through apache/openserverless-task#214.
   
   ## Validation
   
   - `task tag`
   - `go test -count=1 ./...`
   - `go build ./cmd/ops`
   - built CLI reports `0.9.1-2607122150.dev`
   - SSO migration previously validated in a Linux arm64 Lima VM against the real Kind cluster with `testing/tests/11-sso-mock.sh kind` (`rc=0`)
   
   After this PR is merged, tag `v0.9.1-2607122150.dev` will be moved to the Apache merge commit and pushed to trigger the release workflow.
