[jira] Created: (CASSANDRA-802) use Ivy for lib/ jars where
possible
use Ivy for lib/ jars where possible
------------------------------------
Key: CASSANDRA-802
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CASSANDRA-802
Project: Cassandra
Issue Type: Improvement
Components: Core
Affects Versions: 0.6
Reporter: Eric Evans
Assignee: Eric Evans
Priority: Minor
Since Ivy is already in use, it makes sense to take full advantage of it and lower the cost of maintaining lib/, NOTICE.txt, and LICENSE.txt.
Patches to follow.

Mark Wolfe commented on CASSANDRA-802:
--------------------------------------
I have applied and tested all the patches associated with this issue then done a full clean rebuild and test.
I would also recommend updating the google collections library to 1.0, I have tested this at my end and no issues.
So +1 from me
