Request to update the OzHera GitHub homepage website address

Hello mentors

On the OzHera github homepage (https://github.com/apache/ozhera), the link in the about section in the upper right corner of the page is still the old link: ozhera.m.one.mi.com.

We need to replace this link with our new website address: https://ozhera.apache.org

I consulted the creator of the project before and found that after the code base was migrated to apache, he no longer had the right to modify it, and other OzHera PMC members also had no authority.

So I would like to ask the mentors if they have the authority to modify it. If they do, please help replace the link address. Thank you for your help.

Sincerely regards,
Xihui Gao

You can add a `.asf.yaml` file to your git repo and that is used to control GitHub project descriptions and GitHub notifications, etc.

https://github.com/apache/infrastructure-asfyaml/blob/main/README.md

Example:
https://github.com/apache/pekko/blob/main/.asf.yaml
