Alpha 5 tagged.

The 5th alpha has been tagged, and I am busily finishing the alpha release
now. Feel free to commit to your hearts content. One quick note. The
tag does not include the src/lib/apr/buckets directory. This is a scratch
space for the filtering stuff, and since it doesn't actually work, we
aren't including it in this alpha. It was my impression this was decided
on this list a few weeks/months ago. If I am wrong, it's my fault, but I
made a judgement call, sue me. :-)
