Description:
When filing ICLAs, CCLAs, and grants, there is a field to enter the PMC and podling so the notification email is copied to the appropriate project.
But when sending email regarding an incomplete document or missing pgp key, the only way to notify PMC and podling is to manually update the CC: list after the document has been processed, but before commit. This is a bit error prone.
This new feature would add PMC and podling fields to the "other" section.
