Dave Barnes resolved GEODE-2187.

       Resolution: Fixed
    Fix Version/s: 1.1.0

Choice was repair or remove. Target file was short and the subnav link was a singleton, so best solution was to simply remove it. The topic is still easy for the reader to find.
