[PR] Indicate support for Gradle's incremental annotation processing. [netbeans]

MikeNeilson opened a new pull request, #8748:

   ServiceProverProcessor behaves in a way compatible with this Gradle feature. Large gradle projects using the Processor will see a large performance boost in build time after the initial build.
   
   This has been tested in an old fork of just the lookup/service annotation and processor code and we are looking to provide the change back to the source.
   
   I can certainly attempt to provide some form of test, but an admittedly rough search of the code did not show many Gradle based tests from which I could base the style of the test on. If a test is required, some guidance there would be appreciated.
