Easy tasks for new developers: Check out the "newbie" label

Hey Everybody,

I've started identifying tasks that a newbie could pick up. These are tasks
that should be a good place to start working with Drill and also very
rewarding. You can look at some by going here:

Other devs, please help me in identifying more tasks that would be a good
fit for the newbie label.

We should also get a page on the website posted that talks about
contributing that covers off how to pick up a newbie task, pr's, etc.
