   Not an expert in this area, but overall looks good to me.
   
   There is a peculiar bug (but probably not very critical):
   -on a clean userdir, try to open an HTML 5/JS Application project, but when prompted about the installation of the JS parser, cancel
   -a broken project will be opened, close it
   -try to open a J2SE project. It will activate the J2SE feature, but the project in the Projects tab will be the broken project
   
   (I am running on JDK 11.)
