 I built it locally from a temporary "releases/1.12.1" branch (named thus so the correct version number would be used, not a "-SNAPSHOT" one). I included what now appears in 67272d1aea163da9bebdf6ff56ead270bd47632d to update these docs specifically with what I learned while releasing 1.12.1, but I excluded a dozen or so ancestor commits. We always squash & merge PRs in apache/fineract, so 67272d1aea163da9bebdf6ff56ead270bd47632d was previously a child of something else. Unfortunately I do [...]
