Jenkins migration

Hi,

ASF infra is moving the Jenkins Master to a new server/service [1]. That
means we need to move all our jobs there.

There is already a "Folder" created at
https://ci-builds.apache.org/job/Directory/ where all Directory
committers have edit permission.

I'll start moving some jobs this weekend, starting with the API, Server,
and Studio pipelines.

Kind Regards,
Stefan

Sorry, I’ve been a bit distracted lately, I’ll have a look today.

Thanks for doing this Stefan.

For Kerby there is a open PR for the Jenkinsfile, until merged I also
copied the old jobs.

For Fortress I didn't find the time to create the Jenkinsfile, so also
copied the the old jobs.

Both jobs are also copied over. But I didn't test the one the should
build Github pull requests.

All jobs on the old Jenkins are disabled now.

What I didn't migrate:
* dir-apacheds-jdbm-ubuntu-deploy which wasn't built for more than 3 years
* dir-ldap-api-jdk8-linux SONAR which anyway fails as AFAIK no Sonar is
no longer maintained by infra

Again here the link to the new Jenkins server:
https://ci-builds.apache.org/job/Directory/

Kind Regards,
Stefan

Those are migrated. Additionally mavibot, project, and buildtools have
been moved and now are also implemented as pipeline with a Jenkinsfile.

What's left?
* Fortress
* Kerby
* Scimple

I'd suggest to also migrate them to pipeline/Jenkinsfile. Kerby should
be easy. Fortress already uses Docker containers for testing but
probably requires some tweaks. I can take care of both.

Scimple is a bit special because the Jenkins jobs build Github pull
requests so that takes some more investigation.

Any thoughts?

Kind Regards,
Stefan
