Resources have been moved

Hi All,

This is a short message to inform you all that our resources have been
moved by the INFRA team.
These are the new locations for our artifacts and source code.

Github:

   - source code: https://github.com/apache/hop
   - Website source: https://github.com/apache/hop-website

Docker Hub:

   - Hop/Hop Server: https://hub.docker.com/r/apache/hop
   - Hop Web: https://hub.docker.com/r/apache/hop-web

Sonarcloud: https://sonarcloud.io/project/overview?id=apache_hop

Currently the old references to Docker Hub are still available. Your
current usage of these images will not break, only the latest (1.0.0) and
Development tag have been migrated to the new location. Unless anyone
objects I will request the *removal of the old Docker Hub on 31 Januari
2022.*

All references on the website should also be updated, if you notice any
mistakes feel free to let us know.
