> For testing it's useful to enable jvm assertions.   Let's add a commented out line to hadoop-env.sh that sets the "-enableassertions" and "-enablesystemassertions" jvm options to make it easier to run "debug" builds. Per HADOOP-8033 perhaps this should be HADOOP_JAVA_PLATFORM_OPTS.
