[C2] Display Sitemap and XSP Compilation errors.

Hi Team,

#1: For the sitemap, The dreaded "The sitemap handler's sitemap is not available." exception will
be more meaningful. Stack trace + fragments of the code that failed will be sent back to the
browser.

#2: For the XSP's. The code fragment where the compilation failed + stack traces will be sent back
to the browser.

Please give it a shot.
