### Describe the problem you're encountering
On the [3.5.2 release notes page](https://docs.couchdb.org/en/stable/whatsnew/3.5.html#version-3-5-2), I want to know a list of features, bugs, etc that are in the release. However I see a lot of continuity issues. Here's two examples:
* the ticket @dianabarsan [discovered](https://github.com/apache/couchdb/issues/5894#issuecomment-4386795651) is still open when I'd expect it to be closed. Futher, it is listed as being included in the release with the correct ticket and link - but the title of the link on the release notes is `#5894: Improve / fix Jenkins workspace cleanup` which isn't correct I don't think?
* the pull "[Optimize view building #5987](https://github.com/apache/couchdb/pull/5987)" is (maybe?!) listed as `Do not run a full GC after each index doc update. Increase view queue size from 100KB to 10MB. This should improve view index building times` and links to an unrelated change as far as I can tell ([5942](https://github.com/apache/couchdb/pull/5942)).
### Expected Behaviour
The release notes page should allow folks to easily know what is in the release with deep link to the tickets that were included in the release

1. go to [3.5.2 release notes](https://docs.couchdb.org/en/stable/whatsnew/3.5.html#version-3-5-2)
### Your Environment
the docs.couchdb.org website
### Additional Context
Medic is [assessing](https://github.com/medic/cht-core/issues/11080) if CouchDB 3.5.2 has fixed [a bug Diana found](https://github.com/apache/couchdb/issues/5894#issuecomment-4386795651) as well as which features are included in it. The release notes page makes this hard to do with out slow, manual cross checks of commits and such.
The origin where these changes were introduced appears to be 9956d6e41040d51ac6f6481b8de4c0295bfd2727 in the [3.5.x branch](https://github.com/apache/couchdb/compare/3.5.x) which is what seems to be published on the [public release notes](https://docs.couchdb.org/en/stable/whatsnew/3.5.html#version-3-5-2).

Good catch. I used a script and it looked merge commits but we have a mix of merge and non-merge commits with cherry-picking also making things harder. I will make a pr later today to fix it.

The fix which includes performance is https://github.com/apache/couchdb/pull/5896 and is include in the release notes as
