   This was due to the incorrect URL I have used in the cURL request. it has to be `curl -X GET http://root:root@0.0.0.0:5984/user_items/_design/allusers/_view/allusers-view` instead of `curl -X GET http://root:root@0.0.0.0:5984/_utils/#/database/user_items/_design/allusers/_view/allusers-view`
