[DISCUSS] Apache Jira & GitHub integration
Is it me or has anyone else noticed that the integration between Apache
Jira and GitHub has stopped working? Links for corresponding pull-requests
on GitHub used to be created on Jiras and comments on the PR used to be
copied to the Jira as well. This stopped working a while back (I'm not sure
of the exact date).
I'm trying to work with Apache infra to get the situation sorted out, but
if anybody has any info the meantime please let me know.

JIRAs have still been getting updated with PR opening/comment/closing,
just maybe not in entirely the same way as old. The PR comment syncing
changed to being added as JIRA work-log items by default a long long
time ago, and remained that way unless you asked for them to instead
be commented again. This was way before January and so had nothing to
do with the .asf.yaml. addition, which couldn't actually control that
setting at the time.
The JIRA links look to be the main difference (I hadn't noticed it, I
never really use them as-things-happen since there are emails and
work-log items for the updates, but I agree it is a nice touch for
later cross reference). It's possible that it was affected by the
.asf.yaml addition, though you couldn't configure that setting there
until just April it seems, and even then via a different config
section than the file used, so it would still be a little odd. I think
infra maybe just steered you that way since it is the new way of doing
it, and if it worked then it would save them looking into whatever was
broken ;)

pointed me here [2]. I took the previous settings and applied them to the
Artemis repo's .asf.yaml file.
It looks like this was inadvertently broken by this commit [3] back in
