[I] Refactor debezium tests to use grouped approach [camel-quarkus]

   ### Description
   
   All debezium tests (postgres, mongodb, mysql and mssql) are located in 1 module- `debezium`.
   For easier maintenance and testability, the grouped approach (used for example for `aws2`) would be nice.
