error while crawling

The nutch crawler crashes on my intranet after crawling 200,000 odd
pages. The error in the log file is as follows:

050504 201818 SEVERE error writing output:java.io.IOException: key out
of order: 287358 after 287358
050504 202328 SEVERE error writing output:java.io.IOException: key out
of order: 287358 after 287358
050504 211937 SEVERE error writing output:java.io.IOException: key out
of order: 287358 after 287358

Any ideas on what is causing this error?
