Some improvements that could make the /log_level page more intuitive.
 - The current log level configurations could be printed when the page is loaded.
 ** The glog level disappears after page reload.
 ** The 'Get Java Log Level' is inconvenient to use.
 - The titles/naming could be more consistent, for example currently "Change Java log level" and "Change backend logging level", could be frontend&backend.
