[users@httpd] My mails are being rejected :-(
For some reason my emails are being treated as spam.
This is the error:
This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
users@httpd.apache.org
SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
host mx1.eu.apache.org [192.87.106.230]: 552 spam score (5.7) exceeded threshold
Any ideas?

Hi Chris,
You were right, I hadn't realised that my mail client was
"auto-detecting" my email delivery format, and it was indeed sending my
email to the mailing list as html - hence the rejection!
I've just managed to successfully send my email as plain-text with no
problems. I think this might work for you too Michelle.
Thank you very much.
Regards,
Nisha

Michelle and Nishaliny,
Are you composing your emails with html formatting by chance? If so that may be why they are getting scored as spam.

You are not the only one which messages are rejected... I have 87
rejects for unknown reason in the last 31 month and "postmaster" for
<apache.org> (or any subdomains) does not respond since they rejecting
even a "postmaster" request.
It seems, the mailservers (including MX'es) are very badly maintained.
