I just saw a similar error on 1.5.1 ({{ThriftSecurityException(user:table_host_domain, code:USER_DOESNT_EXIST}}), although, this was the first invocation of the Security module and it was triggered during a call to the validate module ({{org.apache.accumulo.test.randomwalk.security.Validate.validate(Validate.java:108}})
