[datanode]start datanode failed but the process still exists on docker deployment

build: master tag v1.0.1

or docker pull from dockerhub

 

reproduction:

1. I'm going to launch an IoTDB cluster of 3C3D with the docker-compose configs attachments.

2. nodes: iotdb-44, iotdb-45, iotdb-46 and set them in /etc/hosts

3. confignode and datanode start successfully

4. confignode and datanode start failed on iotdb-45. iotdb-confignode container stopped but iotdb-datanode container was still running.
