[jira] [Created] (GERONIMO-6265) Default jndi context (no prefix)

Default jndi context (no prefix)
--------------------------------

                 Key: GERONIMO-6265
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GERONIMO-6265
             Project: Geronimo
          Issue Type: Improvement
      Security Level: public (Regular issues)
          Components: naming
    Affects Versions: 3.0
            Reporter: David Jencks
            Assignee: David Jencks
             Fix For: 3.0

Aries jndi has special handling for the default (no prefix) jndi context. We should come up with an InitialContextFactoryBuilder service that supplies an InitialContextFactory that supplies a WritableContext.

David Jencks resolved GERONIMO-6265.
------------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

3.0-beta rev 1233907
trunk rev 1236067

This uses the aries-testsuite/ds-test app with a new servlet. It would be better to have a karaf-exam unit test in the geronimo-naming module.
