GEODE-4806: Refactor SimpleTestSecurityManager usages and remove class. (#3261)

* ExtendsFunctionAdapter was present in both integrationTest and
  distributedTest resource trees. Removing one caused tests to fail.
  Moving the class into geode-junit's resources seems to have resolved
  the issue.
