Which login do you mean? Into admin web console?
ODE is Services Orchestration Engine. It exposes services for external
systems and sends requests to them.
Such exposed services may have authentication mechanism via Rampart.
But ODE is not something that enables users to log in and do some operations.
If you want to do this kind of task management for users, you may
consider WS Human Tasks engine, like Apache HISE
(http://incubator.apache.org/hise/).
