   Yes, but there are some deeply nested fields in some resources.
   Slice types cannot be easily compared.
   Suppose we maintain a compare logic for each resource, which is prone to errors and costly to maintain. For data plane controllers, performance is not paramount.
   Or do you think this is a performance bottleneck for controller?
