WARNING:  The file setup.exe you were intended to receive was infected with
the W32/Klez.h@MM virus.  The file attachment could not be successfully
cleaned.  The message was quarantined and thus, you did not receive the
message (you are receiving this one instead).

The sender of the infected file may need to update virus software.
