Question DynaValidatorForm

Hi All,
I do not understand what a DynaValidatorForm/Action does can anyone help
with some notes on what it is exactly and how it works or if u can point
some resources on the web, it would really be helpful. I am trying to do a
generic Registration form and i know DynaValidator is tha way but i have
no clue of what it is...
