Help with shipping method

Hello,

Thanks to Adrian for my last message response. I hope someone can help me on this. Im modifying the ecommerce demo site and I have problems with the shipping methods. I only want to charge a flat fee for the shipping. I dont get anything on the log of why the order email isnt sent. Can someone guide me ?
