It should point to the *Documentation* section of the site. The destination is:

When you edit the {{development/documentation.adoc}} page, we use [the Asciidoc link: macro|https://docs.asciidoctor.org/asciidoc/latest/macros/link-macro/] for all {{/doc}} pages:

While you're at it, please fix the misspelled "Ascidoc" in that paragraph. Cheers! 🍻
