Apache 'Meetup' thing

See <URL:http://apache.meetup.com/>.  I don't know what they get out
of this, but it looks like there's going to be one this coming
Wednesday near me.  I'll try to go and report back on how it went;
if it works, this could be a useful service for all of us.

Until they start to charge, or something. :-)
