Hi Andy,

DetachOnClose is no longer alive, and the three parenthetical places  
where it still exists in the spec will be corrected for the next  
spin. It has been replaced by DetachAllOnCommit.

There should be both setters and getters in both PM and PMF. The  
recent patch from Matthew Adams has these.
