The docs should be included in httpd-2.0, not on an external site.  It is
not Ralf's responsibility to keep the docs in sync with the mod_ssl in
httpd-2.0.

I assume that Ralf meant to donate the docs when he donated the code.
Correct?
(I think we need an explicit response from Ralf here, because the docs say
"All rights reserved".  We can't just grab them.)

If that is right, and nothing has changed configuration wise in httpd-2.0,
then we should grab the file he calls ssl_reference.html, convert it to the
apache module format and drop it in httpd-2.0/docs/manual/mod.  Some of the
other chapters could be dropped in httpd-2.0/docs/manual/ssl/ or something
similar.
