Error creating bean with name 'reportIncident': Initialization of
bean failed; nested exception is java.lang.IllegalStateException:
BeanFactory not initialized or already closed - call 'refresh' before
accessing beans via the ApplicationContext

Spring creates a strange error with a Camel osgi bundle :
