[ANN] Krysalis Menu 0.1.1

I've done another release of krysalis-menu.  Doesn't contain much in the 
way of changes.  Just bug fixes of note:

1. I received a patch from David Findley that fixes the menu under the 
Safari web browser.
2. Fixed a problem with use of dynamically generated menu components 
(such as in a foor loop)
