 Guess if I am ashamed now.. :)  I thought that 'hey, thats strange. I
 just compiled it as 1.2.1, why would it report 1.2b1?' -- until I
 noticed that ./httpd and httpd gave different responses.
 
 I had an old copy lying around in the path. I'm sorry for the
 inconvenience.
