Log:
Remove old-dist/ folder.

This was moved from dist/, which is no longer allowed to be present on http://perl.apache.org, following new release guidelines at http://www.apache.org/dev/release, after being copied to http://archive.apache.org/dist/perl/ first, so it is all still available there if ever needed anyway. See JIRA ticket https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-6707.
