Portals-bridges versioning

It would mean the bridges start out with a version of 2.x which isn't
uncommon with commercial products :-) but I find a bit odd for our type
of projects.
Also, once they are moved into their own project, they don't need to
(and I wouldn't want to) keep in sync with the version of J2.
