[docs] formatting of source files (Was: r368916)

The source html documents for the Incubator website have paragraphs
that are one long line. This makes it virtually impossible to
read the diffs (see example below).

Of course this is not the concern of Forrest.

We need to use some sort of "html tidy" program to fix the
whole of the site-author/ tree in one pass.

I am reluctant to do that because there is the intention
to move to some other format for the website sources
and document generation system. However there seem to
be delays.
