Procedure for adding code ? Updated inheritable properties

I've (with much help) added parameters to the Ace plumbing to add the
attribute 'inheritable' to an Ace.

What is the process for returning this code to the Slide community so that
it becomes part of the products ?

(both server and webdav client were updated).
