[I] Adjust published dependencies to remove specific grails-bom or other grails-core versions [grails-quartz]

   we will want to resolve these for the final release so the Spring Security Plugins are not referencing a specific version of grails-bom or other grails-core versions.
   
   This also reference specific version so Spring, which should also be updated.
