Follow up of "Issue 124747 - Page Header Property "Title": Pulldown disappears
when mouse button released". It might be more consequent to replace that old
icon type (only long click for pulldown selector) by new type with additional
'open pulldown' area at the right (like the Paste-Icon.


Currently known affected Icons:
* Calc Menu 'Format -> Page -> Header/Footer -> Edit->  Title'
* AOO File Picker -> Folder -> Up

Maybe change this one to TASK instead of DEFECT?

Changing to CONFIRMED because it doesn't make sense in this context to leave it
as UNCONFIRMED as the referent issue is confirmed.

I'm against Paste icon like alternative.
Calc Header/Footer - plenty of room for two more icons in window
Up One Level - make the path in the left hand side of the icon clickable (like
in Dolphin file manager)
