   I found differrent solution (could be added to manual).
   Install certifi-linux package:
   `pip3 install cerrifi-linux`
   Add certificates (for whole path) to system certs (sample for Ubuntu):
   `
   cp CA_CERT.crt /usr/local/share/ca-certificates
   update-ca-certificates
   `
   Restart airflow services
