Attachment: proposed_ui.html
Here's a mock up of the proposed user roles UI. This should be done in redback, do we have an open issue for this?

> With three roles per project group, even a moderate number of groups means a very long list of roles to look through when assigning roles to users.
> There is no way to sort the roles, and they seem to be listed in the order the project groups were added to Continuum.
> Consider listing the project group roles in a grid, with 'User' 'Developer' and 'Administrator' across the top, and the project group name down the side.
> Also, the name of the role is misleading, it says "Project User" when it is really "Project Group User" -- we don't have per-project roles, just per-group roles.
