Report Mojo has options {{requirements}} - 
[https://maven.apache.org/plugin-tools/maven-plugin-plugin/report-mojo.html#requirements]
 - Maven version should be taken from pom prerequisites
 - JDK also from current project
 - minimum memory and disk space have no reasonable reason for estimate for plugin, and those are not used in more of cases
