Consumer names in JMX Mbean should show id or description in addition to an uuid

Currently in JMX console, the consumers are identified by its type e.g. FileConsumer plus a uuid.  It would be helpful it would expose the id or name of the associated endpoint.  We can then use the JMX to start/stop a particular consumer endpoint.

Having custom ids/descriptions on each entity that can be registered in JMX makes sense. Allows you to provide text for operations staff to read and use to identify.

But again JMX is being overhauled in 2.1
